The detail to plan around
Friday, October 23 is a women-only race day: the organizer permits only female athletes and spectators that day. Saturday and Sunday follow the published division schedule. Bring ID and use the event start list for your wave.
Published division schedule
Saturday: Men 10:00–14:10; Pro Women 14:40–14:50; Pro Men 15:30–16:50; Mixed Doubles 17:20–20:20. Sunday includes Women, Doubles, Pro Doubles and evening relays. All times are provisional and local.
Tickets, start times and spectator access
Book through the official event page. Confirm your division’s date, current entry fee and transfer terms in the ticket shop before paying. The overall event window does not mean every division races each day.
Save your personal wave from the start list or athlete email. Supporters need the correct day’s admission; an athlete ticket does not automatically cover a friend, another day or a separately ticketed elite session.
Getting to the Abu Dhabi venue
Book transport to ADNEC, not a generic city-center landmark. The organizer identifies bus 040 as serving the venue; use the current journey planner for your departure. A taxi or prearranged transfer is the straightforward option when carrying race bags. On-site parking is first come, first served.
Open the venue on a map. Use the organizer’s final entrance instructions for the last part of your journey; a map pin may point to the building rather than athlete check-in.

Where to stay for HYROX Abu Dhabi
ADNEC and Capital Centre suit athletes prioritizing a short transfer. The Corniche gives you a waterfront city stay, while Saadiyat suits a longer cultural or beach visit; both mean a separate race-day journey. Compare total transport needs as well as the room rate.
Compare cancellation terms and checkout times as well as the journey. For a late wave, ask about luggage storage. These are hotel-area suggestions; no room availability is assumed.
Things to do around the venue and in Abu Dhabi
Choose an outing you can shorten before racing. Neighborhood options and separate city trips are labeled below; check current opening hours and admission requirements directly.
Capital Gate
ADNEC area. Look for the distinctive leaning tower in the venue district and keep your arrival-day sightseeing local. This is the lowest-commitment choice when you still need to collect supplies or check your route.
Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque
Separate city outing. Set aside a dedicated visit rather than trying to fit it between check-in and racing. Check visitor booking, clothing requirements and access arrangements directly before leaving.
Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Corniche
Extend the trip. Choose the museum on Saadiyat Island for an indoor cultural visit or the Corniche for a waterfront walk. They are separate outings requiring transport, not attractions immediately outside ADNEC.

A practical plan for your trip
- Arrival day: confirm your division and wave, save the venue entrance, buy familiar food and check your return transport. If time allows, choose Capital Gate for a manageable outing.
- Race day: work backward from the organizer’s required check-in time. Allow separately for the hotel journey, security, registration, bag drop and warm-up. Keep sightseeing outside that block.
- After racing: change into dry clothes, agree on a meeting point with supporters and choose a meal near your hotel or Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Save Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Corniche for a clear block of free time.
What to pack
Pack your ticket, required ID, familiar race kit, dry clothes and a phone charger. Check the bag and bottle policy before adding food or drinks. Agree on a post-race meeting point with supporters.

Use results.hyrox.com for official results. Select the matching season, Abu Dhabi event and division, then search by name or bib. Youngstars is listed separately where offered. Results and splits appear when published by the organizer.
