US Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 states including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number sent via email. Track your package anytime from your account dashboard or the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 11am MST ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am MST ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the continental US once your order has shipped. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement. Take photos of any damaged packaging or product so we can process the claim quickly.

Do you ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses anywhere in the US. Standard shipping rates apply.

How do Subscribe & Save shipments work?

Subscribe & Save orders always ship free, regardless of order total. You'll receive an email reminder before each subscription order processes so you can skip, pause, or modify your order.
