Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 11:00 AM MST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing 

Shipping rates are $5 for orders under $75 and free on orders over $75

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times can vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email or directly through the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@xwerks.com.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@xwerks.com and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with you on a resolution.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side door)
  3. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
  4. Reach out to us at support@xwerks.com if the package is not located within 48 hours

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or failure to claim from the carrier may be subject to a re-shipping fee. In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued (excluding original shipping costs).
