What should I take the morning of a Hyrox race?

30 minutes before race start, mix one serving of Motion in water for your carb load. Then 20 minutes out, take Ignite for your pre-race energy and focus. Sip a second serving of Motion during the race between stations. Post-race, mix Grow and Lift together within 30 minutes to start the recovery process.

Is Ignite safe to take before an endurance event?

Yes. Ignite contains 150mg of caffeine — a moderate dose specifically chosen to provide focus and energy without the jitters or crash. Many pre-workouts use 200–300mg which can cause anxiety and heartburn during long events. Ignite is designed to keep you sharp through a 90-minute effort, not just a 30-minute gym session.

Will Motion cause bloating during the race?

No — this is specifically why we use Cluster Dextrin (HBCD) instead of maltodextrin or dextrose. HBCD has near-zero osmotic pressure, meaning it passes through the stomach extremely rapidly with no bloating or GI distress. This is a major advantage during a running-based event.

Does creatine affect endurance performance?

Creatine is primarily known for strength and power, but it's extremely valuable for Hyrox because of the explosive station efforts. Each station (sled push, wall balls, burpees) requires significant ATP. Creatine accelerates phosphocreatine replenishment between these efforts — effectively shortening recovery time between the stations and the runs.

Should I use these supplements for training too, not just race day?

Absolutely — this is actually where the biggest gains come from. Creatine (Lift) must be taken daily to saturate muscle stores. Using Motion during your long training sessions conditions your body to use carbs efficiently under race conditions. Using Grow consistently after training drives the muscle repair and adaptation that builds your fitness over time.
