The detail to plan around
The organizer lists Poly International Expo Center in Haitang District. Keep the official Chinese taxi/navigation address available and verify the event hall before leaving your accommodation.
Tickets, start times and spectator access
Book through the official event page. Confirm your division’s date, current entry fee and transfer terms in the ticket shop before paying. The overall event window does not mean every division races each day.
Save your personal wave from the start list or athlete email. Supporters need the correct day’s admission; an athlete ticket does not automatically cover a friend, another day or a separately ticketed elite session.
Getting to the Sanya venue
Plan a transfer to the Haitang District venue rather than assuming a Sanya Bay hotel is close. Save the Chinese address from the event page for your driver. Arrange a return pickup and allow time for the expo-center exit process after racing.
Open the venue on a map. Use the organizer’s final entrance instructions for the last part of your journey; a map pin may point to the building rather than athlete check-in.
Check current transport service, parking and the event’s bag policy before departure. Contact the organizer with your date and division for step-free access, assistance or accessible spectator arrangements.

Where to stay for HYROX Sanya
Haitang Bay is the first area to compare for this venue. Sanya Bay and other resort districts offer different holiday settings but can add a substantial transfer. Compare hotel meal options and transport reliability as carefully as the beach setting.
Compare cancellation terms and checkout times as well as the journey. For a late wave, ask about luggage storage. These are hotel-area suggestions; no room availability is assumed.
Things to do around the venue and in Sanya
Choose an outing you can shorten before racing. Neighborhood options and separate city trips are labeled below; check current opening hours and admission requirements directly.
Haitang Bay
Local resort-district outing. Choose a short waterfront or resort-area visit after racing. Check current local beach and water conditions and avoid assuming every shoreline area is suitable for swimming.
Atlantis Sanya
Separate family attraction. The resort's attractions can suit an extra-day outing. Verify individual attraction tickets and hours; a HYROX entry does not include resort access.
Wuzhizhou Island
Extra-day excursion. An island trip involves boat schedules and a larger time commitment. Save it for a dedicated non-race day and check the operator's current departure and weather information.

A practical plan for your trip
- Arrival day: confirm your division and wave, save the venue entrance, buy familiar food and check your return transport. If time allows, choose Haitang Bay for a manageable outing.
- Race day: work backward from the organizer’s required check-in time. Allow separately for the hotel journey, security, registration, bag drop and warm-up. Keep sightseeing outside that block.
- After racing: change into dry clothes, agree on a meeting point with supporters and choose a meal near your hotel or Atlantis Sanya. Save Wuzhizhou Island for a clear block of free time.
What to pack
Pack your ticket, required ID, familiar race kit, dry clothes and a phone charger. Check the bag and bottle policy before adding food or drinks. Agree on a post-race meeting point with supporters.
How to find HYROX Sanya results
Use results.hyrox.com for official results. Select the matching season, Sanya event and division, then search by name or bib. Youngstars is listed separately where offered. Results and splits appear when published by the organizer.

Race preparation and familiar routines
