Adrenal Fatigue · Stress & Recovery
XWERKSA practical guide for men

Wired. Tired. Running On Empty. Adrenal Fatigue? Let’s Talk.

Dragging through the day. Staring at the ceiling at night. Reaching for another coffee just to feel switched on. If that sounds familiar, you deserve a clearer explanation than “push through it.” Here’s what to know about adrenal fatigue , stress and recovery — and where a caffeine-free supplement like Rise fits into a thoughtful daily routine. Start with the facts. “Adrenal fatigue” isn’t a recognized medical diagnosis, and Rise does not treat adrenal disease.

Feeling Drained Is Real. Find Out Why.

The label “adrenal fatigue” is common online. Understanding your symptoms takes more than a label.

01

What People Mean By Adrenal Fatigue

People use the term for a familiar cluster: exhaustion, restless nights, brain fog and feeling unable to keep up. The theory that stress simply wears out your adrenal glands has not been established by science.

Your adrenal glands produce cortisol and other essential hormones. Symptoms alone cannot tell you whether those hormones are high, low or normal.

Taking persistent fatigue seriously means looking for its cause instead of assuming your adrenals need a reset.

A Checklist Can Start A Conversation

Think about what has changed: your bedtime, workload, meals, training, medications or ability to get through a normal day. Those details give a clinician more to work with than a self-diagnosis.

Use this page to organize your questions. Keep the whole picture in view. How long has this been happening? Is it getting worse? What makes it better? What are you missing out on because of it?

03

Make Space For Recovery

You may not be able to clear your calendar, but you can make your routine easier to follow. Pick a few practical actions and write them down:

1
Sleep → protect a consistent bedtime and wake time
2
Evenings → make room to wind down
3
Caffeine → review how much and how late
4
Symptoms → record what changes and discuss concerns

Start with a routine you can actually repeat.

Do Any Of These Sound Familiar?

Use these prompts to describe your experience. This is not a diagnostic test.

Feeling tired through much of the day
Trouble switching off at bedtime
Waking up without feeling refreshed
Finding it harder to concentrate
Workouts feeling unusually difficult
Needing more time between hard sessions
Feeling more irritable than usual
Less enthusiasm for your usual activities
Struggling to keep a regular sleep schedule
Leaning on caffeine to get through the day

Bring the pattern to your clinician.

If fatigue persists, worsens or disrupts daily life, get assessed. Adrenal insufficiency is a different, real medical condition; fatigue with weakness, unexplained weight loss or dizziness needs medical attention.

90 Days To Build More Consistency Into Your Routine

Where Rise Fits In Your Daily Routine

XWERKS positions Rise as a caffeine-free testosterone-support supplement . It combines Tongkat Ali, Shilajit and three other labeled ingredients in two daily capsules . Think of it as an optional supplement choice. It does not identify why you feel exhausted, replace medical care or make up for lost sleep.

5 Actives. Every Dose On The Label.

Five labeled amounts per daily serving. No proprietary blend.

Tongkat Ali

400 mg

A botanical included in Rise’s testosterone-support formula. Research on specific extracts does not establish that Rise treats persistent fatigue.

Shilajit

250 mg

A mineral-derived resin included in the formula. The labeled amount is 250 mg per daily serving; it is not an adrenal-replacement ingredient.

Zinc

15 mg

An essential mineral. Rise lists 15 mg per daily serving. Account for zinc in other supplements when reviewing your overall intake.

Boron

6 mg

A trace mineral included at 6 mg per daily serving. A label amount is not evidence of treatment for adrenal disease.

BioPerine®

10 mg

A branded black-pepper extract. Review the full formula with a pharmacist if you take medications; do not assume supplements are interaction-free.

Caffeine-free by design

Rise contains no caffeine. If you prefer to avoid adding another caffeine source, that is a straightforward feature to compare. Caffeine-free does not mean side-effect-free or guarantee better sleep.

WEEK 1–2

Record Your Starting Point

Write down how you feel on waking, during the afternoon and after activity. Keep the notes short enough to maintain.

Choose A Sleep Schedule

Aim for consistent bed and wake times. Give yourself a realistic wind-down window in a cool, quiet, dark room.

Review Your Caffeine

Look at coffee, energy drinks and pre-workout timing. Late caffeine can make falling asleep harder.

WEEK 4

Look Back At Your Notes

Are you following the routine you planned? Compare typical days rather than judging everything by one unusually good or bad day.

Make One Useful Change

Choose the sticking point you can act on: late screens, inconsistent meal timing or a schedule with no room to rest.

Follow Up On Fatigue

Do not wait for a three-month milestone if symptoms persist or worsen. Discuss the pattern with a healthcare professional.

A useful check-in asks what is working, what is getting in the way and what needs professional input.

WEEK 12

Keep What Is Sustainable

Retain the habits that fit your life. You do not need a perfect routine to have a plan worth continuing.

Review Your Supplements

Consider tolerability, cost and whether you have a clear reason to keep each product. More is not automatically better.

Update Your Next Steps

Revisit your goals and any clinician recommendations. Persistent symptoms deserve follow-up, not a new unproven label.

Tongkat Ali ingredient research

Cortisol down.
Testosterone up.

One four-week trial reported these salivary hormone differences versus placebo. It studied a specific extract, not Rise or adrenal fatigue.

One Ingredient Study. Clear Limits.

What the research does — and does not — tell us

A randomized, placebo-controlled study enrolled 63 moderately stressed adults and used 200 mg daily of a standardized Tongkat Ali extract for four weeks.

Compared with placebo, the study reported salivary cortisol 16% lower and salivary testosterone 37% higher. These were group results, not guaranteed individual outcomes.

The trial was small and received industry funding. It did not test the finished Rise formula, diagnose adrenal fatigue or establish a treatment for adrenal insufficiency.

Rise’s labeled Tongkat Ali amount is different from the amount tested. Milligrams alone do not establish that two extracts are equivalent. More is not proof of more benefit .

Use ingredient research as context when comparing supplements — not a recovery promise.

Make The Basics Easier To Repeat

Give these three areas a place in your plan. Supplement decisions belong alongside them, with realistic expectations.

Sleep

A consistent schedule and enough time in bed.

Keep the room dark, quiet and comfortably cool.

Daily Routine

Regular meals, manageable activity and time to unwind.

Pick a small action you can maintain this week.

Medical Follow-Up

An assessment when fatigue persists or interferes with life.

Bring your symptom notes and full supplement list.

A product cannot tell you why you are exhausted. Use your routine as a foundation and professional advice to guide the questions that remain.

Rise is an optional supplement. The fundamentals still matter.

Questions? Answered.

Is adrenal fatigue a recognized diagnosis?
No. The Endocrine Society does not recognize adrenal fatigue as a proven medical condition. The symptoms people describe are real, but they do not establish exhausted adrenal glands.
Is adrenal insufficiency the same thing?
No. Adrenal insufficiency involves inadequate adrenal hormone production and needs medical diagnosis and treatment. Do not use Rise as a substitute for prescribed care.
Can a symptom quiz diagnose my cortisol levels?
No. A checklist cannot determine hormone levels. Ask a clinician whether testing is appropriate for your symptoms; there is no validated test for adrenal fatigue.
Does Rise treat adrenal fatigue?
No. Rise is marketed for testosterone support. Ingredient studies do not prove that the finished formula treats unexplained fatigue or adrenal disease.
How should I take Rise?
Follow the current product label: two capsules daily. Morning with food can make it easier to remember. Review suitability first if you take medication or have a medical condition.
What is in the formula?
Each daily serving lists Tongkat Ali 400 mg, Shilajit 250 mg, Zinc 15 mg, Boron 6 mg and BioPerine® 10 mg. A bottle contains 60 capsules, or 30 servings.
Is caffeine-free the same as risk-free?
No. Any supplement may cause unwanted effects or interact with medications. Check with your clinician or pharmacist, and stop use if you develop a concerning reaction.
When should I get medical help?
Arrange an assessment for persistent or worsening fatigue, especially with weakness, unexplained weight loss or dizziness. Seek urgent care for severe weakness, fainting, confusion or repeated vomiting. Do not wait for a supplement to work.
